The Basmannaya

The Lounge Bar is a completed project by The Klimenko Group that involved the full renovation of a building constructed in 1917 in the historical center of Moscow. The Klimenko Group successfully restored the building's unique architecture while preserving its general style, allowing it to blend seamlessly into the local historic area. As a result, this project was recognized with an international award for its architectural design.

Grandiose rounded-top windows that span all three floors, create a feeling of spaciousness and lightness. The building's exterior has been preserved in its original form, while the interior has been updated with a modern loft-style design that features brick walls, high ceilings, and plenty of open space, allowing natural light to flow throughout the building. Soft interior partitions provide a sense of privacy and coziness within the expansive space. The project has not only breathed new life into the century-old building but has also enhanced the surrounding urban landscape with its attractive design.
