This project of The Klimenko Group demonstrates the practical possibility of increasing the efficiency and usability of space and is interesting because its implementation has led to an expansion of livable areas in a convenient and comfortable location.

At the beginning of the project, The Klimenko Group bought a large corner lot in Lemon Grove, California. Located near San Diego, this small, peaceful town boasts a "Best Climate on Earth" motto and offers residents the best of both worlds - a tranquil lifestyle combined with proximity to a big city. Initially, the lot contained only one house, which The Klimenko Group divided into two lots and constructed a new building with two units on the empty lot, thereby tripling the area's usefulness.

 

The project's goal was to create comfortable houses, being convenient and pleasant places to live in. The house's facades are cream-colored, which makes the design quieter, visually lighter, and eye-pleasing, while the gray roof blends harmoniously with the entire structure. The design incorporates a large number of windows to maximize natural light, which significantly impacts how individuals perceive the room's interior and enhances the overall comfort of living.

 

Given the high demand for housing in San Diego, these types of projects are particularly relevant, as they can provide affordable housing options for those in need. The visually simple and elegant design solutions have resulted in comfortable living environments for several families. Thus, one project provided a cozy place to live for three families.
