This project by The Klimenko Group is the successful transformation of an old construction into a functional building, offering new services to the public. The project involved a complete overhaul of an old idle building, including its structure, exterior, and interior.

 

After a complete renovation, the building received its current appearance. The two floors are connected by stairs located on the side of the building, with each floor having its private entrance. The building has a symmetrical loft style, featuring three large gates on the ground floor that allow for car access. Large rectangular windows on the second floor create an unusual look due to their horizontal positioning, which blends perfectly with the overall loft design of the building. The facade is constructed with red brick, known for its durability and reliability.

 

The building has the flexibility to serve various functions, including office space, a car wash, or a storage facility. A tenant company can occupy one or both floors, making it an adaptable and versatile space. The multifunctionality and versatility of the building make it an exciting project to implement.
