This project showcases 7092.36 square feet across two detached modern structures. One of the structures spans three living stories and two integrated garages, while the other features two living levels and one level for storage facilities. Taking cues from Vista's unique hilly topography, our design thoughtfully embeds most of the structure within the natural landscapes, enhancing the aesthetics while prioritizing privacy. Each unit has expansive terraces emphasizing the harmony between indoor and outdoor living. Unit entrances are placed on the upper floor, ensuring seamless accessibility.

This project is significant for our company as the first project in the city of Vista we are developing under the new SB9 California law, which permits the construction of four units on a single lot.
